RENDANG DAGING
Ingredients:
> Beef 250 grams
> Thick coconut milk 250 grams
> Salt 1 / 2 teaspoon
> Salam leaves 2 pieces
> Kaffir lime leaves 2 pieces
> Carambola 4 pieces vegetables, thinly sliced
> 1 tablespoon cooking oil
spices
> 10 pieces of red chili
> Onion 10 grains
> 2 cloves garlic
> Ginger 1 cm, 2 cm turmeric, galangal 3 cm
How to make
1.Boil the meat in boiling water until meat is tender.
2.Heat oil, saute higga fragrant spices.Enter the salt, bay leaves, lime leaves and vegetables star fruit.
3.Pour the thick coconut milk, coconut milk and cook until boiling.
Stir in coconut milk stir so it does not break.
4.Enter cuts of beef, and cook until cooked through and sauce is dry.
